ABOUT ME
I am a trained Leadership confidence and assertiveness keynote speaker, workshop facilitator and Coach. I also have a BSc Hons degree in Psychology and I’m an MBTI Practitioner. I’m exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced around topics of using your voice under pressure, the cost of silence on your mental health and psychological safety with over 20 years of research in my coaching specialisms.
Before my speaking and coaching career I gained over 15 years’ corporate HR and recruitment experience at some of the world’s largest companies, and a little more life experience than I bargained for, so I’m pretty good at the people thing.
