Frequently asked questions

  • If you’re interested in working together I offer an initial free clarity call. This allows us to get to know more about each other and is non-obligatory. I will learn about you, you can learn more about my programmes, and also what I can offer you / help you to understand my style of coaching. During this session, we establish if we’re the right fit and if you’re ready to make changes.

  • I only work with people who are go-getters and hungry for change. People who can see how much their lives would be improved if they could overcome the difficulties they regularly face. People who are maybe sick of feeling a particular way, or who find these difficulties getting in the way of their day-to-day life.

I specialise in helping people become more confident and assertive. I help them to stop people-pleasing and feel they are worthy of the career they have achieved. I help people become the most awesome self they can be!

I won’t work with someone who loves the excitement of their life being dramatic, someone who just wants a good rant or someone who is unwilling to take accountable action.

  • I always use the same analogy:

Imagine you’re having trouble driving a car.

A Counsellor – would discuss the anxiety and fears which you experienced whilst driving the car.

A Therapist – would go back in time and discuss why those fears are there and where they originate from.

A Coach – recognises the issues and listens to where you want to be in the future. A coach will fill this gap with a tailored, strategic, interventional programme of how to get you to where you want to be.

  • Yes!!

The issues I help people with are universal. Men struggle with being confident / imposter syndrome as much as women do, even if their outward behaviours manifest in different ways.

  • I work with people all over the world, so I speak to my clients via video call (zoom). This is generally more convenient as you will speak to me from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a laptop and a decent wi-fi signal. I do however run face to face workshops and have travelled around the UK to do so.

  • When you work with a coach you pay for results/your transformation. With each programme, you receive intense one-to-one coaching sessions with me. These will help you reach the goals you desire, whether that’s assertiveness, confidence, to stop people-pleasing and stop caring about what other people think etc. During the programme you will also receive email support and tailor-made videos, which I will create based on issues that you reach out to me about.

I work very closely with all my clients and it’s important to me that you get value for money. Coaching is an investment in yourself: I want you to finish and feel it was the best investment you’ve ever made because your quality of life is so improved.

  • I speak to my 1-2-1 clients every other week re’ their coaching sessions. This gives the client time to implement the things we have discussed in the last session. My 1-2-1 clients can also contact me directly on WhatsApp between sessions too. The groups I run are weekly calls as the call is shared with other people. Group members can also reach me in a group thread (also via WhatsApp).

  • I have a degree in Psychology (BSC Hons), I am a trained Confidence and Career Success Coach and a MBTI Practitioner. I also have 15 years of experience working in Human Resources, and years of experience coaching before making this my full-time career.

I’m also a self-confessed human mindset geek. I’ve spent the last 20 years reading extensively around the topics of confidence, communication and anything human behaviour-related. I’ve lost count of the amount of coaching and human mindset workshops I have attended , and have always got my head in a new book.

  • I ask for 36 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.

  • By the time you invest in one of my programmes, we will have been through a fairly robust process to establish if we are a good fit and to establish if you’re ready to take the action in yourself. I only invest my time in people who are hungry for change; real go-getters who are ready to invest in themselves, and willing to take regular action.

I offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for my group coaching (this is not an “I can’t be assed anymore” guarantee). Assuming you have attended the calls and done the work then in the unlikely event you decide the programme isn’t for you then we will gracefully part company and I will refund you. I offer this guarantee so it minimises the risk for those who have not been part of a group coaching programme before it’s very new to them. I also offer this satisfaction guarantee because I know I can deliver results and I’m confident in the content.

  • See the question below for the different payment schemes I offer. Alternatively, a cheaper option would be to join one of my group sessions – they cost less than one-to-ones.

  • To be totally clear, any investment from you will be your commitment to the whole term of the programme. The options for payment are:

    Payment in full

Can discuss a payment plan if necessary

If you opt for a payment scheme then a deposit is added to the first payment which is deducted from the final payment.
